ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) Skills for Life with Citizenship

The ESOL Skills for Life with Citizenship Programmes are for adults, aged 19 years and over, who wish to make their home in the UK. People who would choose to take the course include settled immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers and or migrant workers who wish to apply for a British passport.

Prima is offering three programmes which encompass the ESOL Curriculum, with material derived from the Home Office requirement pack for the citizenship context element.

Prima language Services is registered by Trinity College London as an ESOL exam centre.

Both programmes will help you obtain the necessary skills required by the UK Government and can go towards helping you demonstrate your knowledge of UK Life and English language level which is needed when you apply for a British Passport.

You will be entered at a later date for the exams once you have completed your Programme.

Prima’s 1 month intensive and 1 year ESOL with citizenship courses are also available for people who need to start from the beginning with the English language.

Once you have sat your English exams and passed, you will be given two certificates one from Prima outlining your competency in the Citizenship element and in due course one from Trinity College London for your English competency.
